Dave & I met at Dean Close School in 1986 & although work there took us on different paths we have been friends ever since. He was a quietly kind, thoughtful & very caring man & was very supporting to me during some difficult times, & shared in the happier ones. He did not deserve what fate threw at him & faced it with great courage. It is so sad to know he had to die alone , but I am sure in his heart he knew those who loved him were with him in spirit, just as he will remain in our hearts. Pam
